Product Description
The ethylene glycol chiller is a kind of cooling water equipment with constant temperature and current and constant pressure. Its main function is to cool the liquid water inside the main engine to ensure a constant temperature. Nanjing RICOM glycol water cooler is divided into two types: screw type and vortex type.
The structure and composition of the glycol chiller are roughly the same, including compressor, evaporator, condenser, throttling element and electric control system. However, for the glycol chiller, it USES a low-temperature compressor and is equipped with economic separator and other components.

1. The mixed liquid of ethylene glycol has antifreeze function, which can avoid the freezing of circulating water in the use process under the condition of 0℃, and will not cause faults in the operation process.

Q: What should be paid attention to in daily maintenance of glycol chiller?
A: 1. Ensure the normal working voltage stability to provide a stable foundation for the operation of the chiller.
2. Take care to protect the water pump, and do not run the chiller under the condition of no water, so as to avoid the failure of circulating water pump of the glycol chiller unit.
3. Ensure the inlet and outlet channels of the chiller are smooth. It is recommended to clean the filter screen regularly to avoid blockage of the ash layer.
4. When the water temperature is raised or the water pipe cooler is kept warm, so as to avoid condensation water when the water temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, which is not conducive to the operation of the chiller.
